What's the deal the Loki Weapon systems?

I've been trying to call for quite awhile now and every time is says the number is temporarily unavailable. Is anyone else having the same problem?

There was a thread on here a while back. They are out of business and apparently hosed a bunch of customers in the process. Bad deal!
