The best help I would offer would be to call, or email the pic to Pachmayer, and get the official name for it, and check gunbroker, AA, Numrich, etc.. A store may have one hiding in the back somehwere...

It's official name is the "Pachmayer Tactical Pocket Holster" it is VERY difficult to find info on but I am still digging. Unfortunately the discussion I'm seeing so far points to it being an AOW. So it might cost you if you can find one.
So I'm wondering...
