Info on your situation may help with suggestions.
Assuming you have full mobility "up top" how about a shoulder rig?
My buddy in a chair always has his wallet on his lap so that could be a possibility too...something to incorporate that. His is attached to his lap belt so it cant slide off. You may also be able to utilize the chair for mounts depending on if you have side bolsters or just a metal frame....depends on the type of chair.

I'd look into a shoulder rig of sorts or a pancake holster that you could put between your thigh and side bolster on your seat (assuming chair is similar style to my buddies). It would be plenty hidden and easily accessible.

All good suggestions; also, what type of firearm will you be carrying? That can make a big difference in how you carry for sure. A Gov't Size 1911, a compact semi-auto, a J-Frame revolver, or something smaller like a Ruger LCP?
