Well I am at 8 hrs and 178 degrees. Get it wrapped and finishing in a nice beef stock slurry. Gonna let it rest when it’s done and serve tomorrow.
Check the date code on that can of Spam.Ima thinking about smoking a couple cans of Spam and maybe a package of hotdogs cause that’s all I can afford. I bought the Spam 4 years ago,when it was still cheap.
