WWI Museum

We're up in Kansas, visiting our oldest son and his wife. We just got back from the WWI Museum. WOW, if any of you are ever this way it's a must see. It's in Kansas City, you can take all the pictures you want. The cafe has real good food at good prices.

I went this summer, and I highly recommend it. It was a very somber experience. There were a huge amount of guns and other weapons in the static displays. As well as, some great interactive exhibits

I'd love to see that, as my grandfather was wounded in WWI while in France. Being I have family in Kansas and visit now and then, I need to set aside some time to run to K.C. and see it. Glad it appears to be a very good museum.
