I don't mind it. Not my favorite but it's at least palatable. Stir fry is the only way to go, IMHO.

Makes a decent pork soft taco kind of thing. Funny thing is, I been doing it for years. Posted some pics of it Spam's FB page, and a year later see an ad on TV about it. They never did send my any money, or at least a case of Spam.

Seriously cut it lengthwise, fry it up and cover with your favorite salsa or hot sauce. Place in a tortilla with lettuce, tomato and cheese. Not bad at all.
