I found that the only thing amusing about the video.Maybe he's a paramedic by trade.He was talking about stopping the bleeding and bandaging the wounds.

I've taken three deer with a .45ACP, 240 Gr Hp, One with a 185gr Hp, and the wound channel wasn't pretty. His leg would have have had some serious surface hemmorage.
