DDoS attacks are a pain. I wish there was a way to cut off ISPs that don't do ingress checking from their customers to prevent IP address spoofing.
Wouldn't help, with IoT they can legit get millions of devices to send real traffic to the target. EG the recent OVH attack at 1100gbps. Plus the source code for that was published... bad juju.
I was looking in to that today. What a nightmare. Overrrun by a hoard of little devices that can't be fixed. No defense.
