You don't need to win elections, you just need to be the one to count the votes.

It's just like the Russian Media in how the NRA spun the voting results as "near unanimous" for Lapierre to remain as Executive Vice President when actually it was only 54 out of 76 ...

When the NRA sends lobbyists to DC to wine and dine the pols, the reason they actually listen is because, well that, and the campaign contributions, but a big factor is the lobbying can lay out the millions of members that the org has, and more importantly, how many actually vote. They do know. If alot of members canceled, who is going to influence the pols?

That did happen at the meeting on HR 7910 by a democrat... Haven't heard a peep out of the nra on Uvalde, however haven't heard from GOA, FPC or any. Sad.
