M1 Garand Barrel Replacement

A friend is looking for someone in the Tulsa area that could replace his Garand's barrel and check headspace? He has the barrel. He can ship it off to Orion7 or Shuffs and have them do it but he hates to have to mail it. Ideas?

Fulton Armory. Yes, you still have to mail it off, but they know those gas guns inside and out. they can tune it up for him as well, and they are pretty reasonable. Honeybee is local to tulsa and his trigger job on my garand was a vast improvement over the factory job.
