Ok, so you reach an age where "things" don't necessarily work the way you would like them too. Testosterone levels in the basement what do you do? I've seen JB mention lawsuits galore for testosterone therapy side affects, so that's kinda scary.

High blood pressure meds aren't helping either.

Anyone have direct experience with these so-called "men's clinics"? Is it all about the needle in the noodle? Not too fond of that prospect either. Are these $199 guaranteed results office visits legitimate or just a bait and switch?

Make an appointment with Urologic Specialists in Tulsa. Real doctors with real credentials and if there is reality to be had, they will help you. I've been going there for 10 yrs. and they eagerly use methods that are science based. 800-876-5645 JMHO.

Everything has risks. The answer is measured and understood risks.

I'm bombarded by those radio ads on my way to work,,,
So I asked my regular physician about them.

There is nothing they do that he can't do,,,
But my guy can and will refer to a specialist your insurance will cover.

My guy told me that yes,,,,
They are real doctors.

But they are the ones who went into it as a business venture,,,
Not due to any desire to actually be a "healer".

That could just be professional snobbishness,,,
But his answer satisfied me.

Be careful and do your homework and find the legit ones. Had two of these guys a few years back try to get my firm to write their health plan for them, their families, and their employees. The docs wanted to make sure that they could bill BCBS for anything they treated their own family members and employees for, even though neither "doc" had a contract with BCBS's network.

My experience.

Diet and exercise fixes a great deal of these issues. I went through a time of being heavy, high blood pressure, meds with side effects that you took other meds to overcome. Seemed like the string of meds and side effects started to get endless, and some of the side effects were brutal. Then I decided to stop the madness, started eating right, and getting regular exercise that elevated my heart rate. I lost over 35 pounds, I don't take any meds, and for 55, let's just say there are absolutely no issues with any kinds of performance.

I know it's not the solution for everyone, but it sure worked for me.

I'm 57 and basically have the sex drive of when I was young. I eat healthy, take protein and a few vitamins occasionally, stay active, and most importantly I lift weights on weight machines 2-4 times a week. I can tell the resistance training increases my drive and "well being" and would highly recommend it if you are not already doing it.
