It's those carbs in there with it! Just eat some butter, sour cream, and cheese and all will be fine.
here's what's for breakfast ..
fillet from a just put up half cow, left over potatoes and free range eggs.
edges just turning brown on high heat about 6 min and ready to flip
about 1 min on second side for med rare
left over potato in micro wave for 2 min preheat
deglaze pan with potatoes until brown
free range eggs cooked in olive oil
fillet resting (med rare) a few minutes while potatoes/eggs are cooking
