Reagan was a great president in many respects. But he was no friend to gun owners. He's part of the reason California gun laws are so f'd up. He was pushing gun control in CA a long time before he was president.

That all started when the black panthers started marching. Reagan was worse for the 2a than almost all of the democrats before him and its hilarious to see people call him a conservative today.
