If you angle park the proper direction your right hand wheel is still against the right had curb. I think your trying to dig to deep.

That's only talking about parallel parking. Besides, if it was referring to angle parking, how can you get your wheels parallel to the curb? It says parallel AND within 18", not or. Although I must admit, backing into a angled parking spot seems quite odd. Why not just make a 3/4 U and park the normal way, regardless of what the law may allow?

I've been in several situations where some has said "I'm a cop and I know". My reply is "OK, let me see some ID to that effect." I've called the cops more than once on someone who was imitating.

Cleet is specific to Oklahoma only. Every state has different law enforcement training and names. He would probably beat you with his wellness stick if you asked him for his cleet card. Or if he was a wise ass he would kick you. Also like isha said its Texass, he probably saw that you were from oklahoma and wanted to screw with you. Sounds like a good ole boy town for sure.
