I've always used Snow-Proof on all my leather boots and baseball gloves. Stuff works great on leather.

+1 used it for years or lanolin

I have used neets foot oil to condition and then liberally apply mink oil as a waterproffer with very good results. I found that the silicone in sno-seal is over time hard on the stitches around the seams on my danners.

You know......I've known a few guys that have put motoroil....on their OLD hunting boots.

Never wanted to on new boots.
