I better not drive in broken arrow any more, Factory tint on my back glass and rear side glass is 15% my driver and passenger windows are 20% per state law when I had them done. The dealer did the wife's GT with 15% all the way around.
I guess Coweta cops can also no longer cross the BA line, due to thier tint jobs. Sorry cant make it to the accident, home invasion, whatever. I'm writing a $5.00 ticket.
I've had 5% tint on a couple different trucks and never had an issue with it.
From now on, I'll feel safer in BA thanks to the PD removing these cooler temperature and UV protected vehicles off the road.
What a bunch of whiners. This law has been on the books for as long as I can remember. Any reputable tint shop will tell you this. It directly affects public safety. If you can't see in you can't see out. If you don't a ticket follow the law.
