Yes, problem with that?

LOL. The biggest problem with it that I have is that we've played A&M tons of times when they were in the same conf and it's just kind of silly to have them come against us in a bowl game. What are the bowl selection people thinking? I don't think it's going to attract the viewership they want and I don't think either team is going to be excited about the game.

Exactly what I thought when I saw the selection list.

Actually it makes good sense and will probably be one of the bowls with a good viewer rating. It is the only bowl game that night (Friday, Jan 4) and the stadium will have a whole bunch of Aggies and Sooners. Should be an exciting game as well and lots of folks will tune in if Johnny Football wins the Heisman.

BTHO OU, Gig'Em Aggies! Whooooop!

NIU has a strength of schedule of 120 out of 120.

http://web1.ncaa.org/mfb/2012/Internet/toughest schedule/fbs_9games_past.pdf

They lost to last place Big 10 team Iowa and they beat Kansas by 7 points. So OU gets penalized for playing a real out of conference team in Notre Dame. Stoops should of just scheduled 3 cupcakes like Sec does and he would be in the Sugar Bowl.
Heck, there are 3 cupcakes in the big12 plus add utep and florida a&M.That makes 5. You wont get that in the sec for sure.

Johnny Fooseball gonna whoop him some dirt burglars. Can't wait to see it. I'm happier than a gooner in walmart on the firs uh da monf. (that's how 4- toothed gooners sound).

Are you sure? That sounds like everyone I have met from the OSU fanbase. Without all the whining and gloating of moral victories of course.

Let's be clear, NIU was not picked by the Orange Bowl. NIU was picked by the BCS to go to the Orange Bowl. If the organizers had their way, NIU would not be in their bowl game. And for once, this is actually not about the money, because FSU doesn't tend to send alot of fans to Bowl games, and NIU doesn't put very many butts in the seats in their own stadium. This one is about following the rules.

After yesterday I am pretty sure everyone is now on board with a playoff system. It is pretty bad when even ESPN comes down on you.
