Im paying like everyone else. At least yall can say ya didnt vote for him. I'll be chewin crow for a long time.

As someone that has eaten my fair share of crow through the years, I recommend lots and lots of hot sauce. :D

I can not wait until the list of which senators voted for this crap is published. If one of ours did they WILL be hearing from me.

EDIT: Oh crap. It passed the senate with only 8 voting against it and none of them were ours.

"Looks like a very bad deal the way this is shaping up," Sen. Tom Harkin, D-Iowa, said earlier in the day. Harkin voted against the bill, as did Sens. Tom Carper, D-Del.; Mike Lee, R-Utah; Rand Paul, R-Ky.; Richard Shelby, R-Ala.; Michael Bennet, D-Colo.; Chuck Grassley, R-Iowa; and Marco Rubio, R-Fla.

Lol somehow I just saw this coming. I just knew that the deal would be made in the last hours of the year so they look like they have been really working hard to get the best deal possible, knowing full well spending wouldn't be touched. We are going to crash and crash hard. That's why they want out guns.

This is not the fight. It is the debt limit deal where the crap is gonna hit the fan. The statists do not need to take any action to grow government for this vote. They just had to give up a little slice of their pie to make a show. They are going to have hell to pay in Feb. We will then see who is serious about saving this country.

I suggest everyone just model your personal finances off the US Government. Feel free to spend $1 for every 60 cents you make. Run up your credit cards, get loans for stuff you can't afford, just go for it. When payment finally comes due, just direct your creditors to Ben Bernanke and tell them he'll print some money to pay for everything.

...this is even more insane when you figure in that the "Cuts" aren't even cuts. They are reductions of future increases. So in all actuality, it is all increased revenue and no actual reduction of real spending.
