If you go to GNC you can tell them you want to gain weight and they will point out the protein powders that have carbs in them as well. I used to use the GNC brand bulk weight gainer, it'll give you 80 grams of protein, 50 grams carbs and 450 calories a serving. costs about 60 bucks a tub.

Had a bro the exact same thing happened to years ago. He drank gravy shakes, milk shakes, and dumped whatever he wanted to eat in a blender and cut it with gravy or milk. I think the creepy bastid gained 10 pounds.:laugh6:

Here's your biggest problem....
You're gonna gain the wrong type of weight!
The best thing you should do is try and slow the weight loss down as much as you can without packing on a lot of fat. Not being able to do much physical activity plus cramming in tons of carb, fat etc loaded drinks isn't something you'll really want to do. You'll end up "skinny fat."
Try and eat/drink clean stuff as much as possible and keep the body fat down. You're gonna lose muscle period! No way around this. But it's not a good idea to pack on fat just to try and keep your body weight up.
Hell if I was you, treat this like an extreme fat burning diet. Then work your but off to build some muscle back when you can start doing physical activities.

I have not noticed a lot of muscle loss. I have a small frame and actually need some fat to maintain a healthy bmi. Problem is I'm losing to much. I'm count calories to keep it up. Hopefully have these wires off in the next 2 weeks then get back on my truck stop diet.
