I never understand why some get so worked up over some fried up bird and beer. Its just a really crowded KFC that serves beer to me.

Me either. I've ate there once and couldn't keep enough napkins to keep the grease soaked up. I like KFC much better.

One of the most honorable recreational pastimes for Okies is emptying & sinking beer bottles in the Cimarron/North Canadian/South Canadian Rivers. All of this business about a few beers and guns not mixing is horseshit. I've been doing it for over 30 years and never had a problem.

I'll let you know about Eischen's in a couple of weeks or so. I haven't been there in 14 or 15 years. I can hardly wait to see how it compares to yesteryear. I was eating greasy bird there before the Spanish bar burned.

Wasn't trying to drag up an old thread for the sake of dragging up an old thread. Just researching territory that was once familiar prior to a near future get together. Ran across the thread and, as usual, couldn't resist running my keyboard...
