Well......Dang It!!!!

The weather is not cooperating for riparian entertainment so we're hanging around the old homestead this weekend. I've got some GOOD cigars for the weekend and some George Dickel Rye to drink with them.

Cuban Partagas 898, can't wait to kick back on the porch with a nice drink, a good smoke, and wonder what's happening in Vegas this weekend.

Happy Memorial Day Weekend!!!!!

This evening was a very good smoking experience. I got to begin early with a CAO CX2 and Oklahoma Scissortail boubon. Not premium bourbon but goes well with lighter cigars. Then lit up a Drew Estate Toast with some Zaya rum. Great pairing. Tomorrow evening I'm thinking a Tarono 1916 Cameroon maybe with a Ron Zacapa or Bazil Hayden. I'm preping a Liga Privada 9 for Memorial Day.

Brad A...

40 a forty ounce of Olde English is fine with me........just one exception.

Let's drink either the Olde English 800 (Canada) 8.0% ABV, the Olde English High Gravity 800 (US) 8.0% ABV, or the Olde English 800 7.5 West Coast (US) 7.5% ABV. The Olde English 800 in Oklahoma is only 4.2 ABV!!!! Hell.....I've had Black Cherry Kool Aid stronger than Oklahoma -OE.

Growing up waaay out in the "sticks" of Oklahoma I got my fair share of beer and cigarettes. When my grandfather and I were finished riding horses to work cattle(worm,brand,de-horn, castrate) or after we stacked a few hundred bails of hay in the barn..............there was nothing he liked better than a Kool cigarette and either an ice cold Coors or Old Milwaukee.

Of course he'd share them with me............let's see...........I can clearly remember my first Kool and a pony-boy Coors at the tender age of 7.

40oz................I just wish my favorite beer made 40 ounce. There must not be a demand for 40oz Schlitz........dang it.........just a 16oz in Schlitz.

By the way, why will my wife allow me to smoke cigars but throws a fit if I chew tobacco or smoke a cigarette???

And you will probably live to be 110 years old too! I know three guys that work ranches, eat bacon (or ham) every morning with eggs, drink copious amounts of whisky and smoke and they are well into their 90's and still strong.

My guess is that unless she is chewing or smoking, she is not a fan of how your mouth tastes. Smell and taste are very important to a woman. That is why I am developing a body spray that tastes like crab legs and smells like a fresh $100 bill. Prototype smells like five day old tuna and tastes worst. Wife hates it but our cat loves it. Needs work.
