Nice, Dennis. Yes, rut is starting. I was on my way home just after 5:30 last night, and a 10-point crossed the county road in front of me. Nice buck ... I'd a shot him given the chance. Anyway, I slowed to a crawl, he got into the timber maybe twenty yards off the road, and then I spotted the doe. She stood for a few seconds then took off, with him on her tail.

Congrats Hoddy! Hunted most of the weekend, Deer didn't cooperate but I did kill a nice tom turkey with my bow just in time for Thanksgiving.
