The news guy said it was only going to be a tad brighter than the north star. I didn't see anything but an aircraft. Did have city lights on the horizon though.
It's a shame I don't look at the night sky more. Living in a small town it's cool to see the night sky come alive dusk.

It isn't supposed to enter the atmosphere just yet. I believe it is not going to enter the atmosphere until around the end of this year or the beginning of 2018.

That's why I like deer hunting. Nothing like watching the stars for an hour or so in the morning, and watching/listening to the world wake up around me. Pretty serene.
