Amost feel sorry for them. First the SCOTUS rules in favor of the President's travel ban, then Kennedy, now this. And it's only Wednesday! :nutkick: Yup, almost feel sorry for them.

:laugh6::lmfao: Y'all know me better than that.

You forgot the ruling where SCOTUS said that public unions could not charge dues to non-members. There was also a case where a pro-life group in CA was forced to provide information to their clients about how to get state funded abortions. The SCOTUS said that was also unconstitutional. And, before that was the Colorado baker winning his case at SCOTUS.

And, this story says a lot for Trump's intentions.

"President Donald Trump said Wednesday that he would move quickly to nominate a replacement for Supreme Court Justice Anthony Kennedy, who announced that he will retire on July 31.

Trump told reporters the process would "begin immediately ."

The president said he would review an existing list of 25 candidates for the opening. The list was put together to fill the seat now held by Justice Neil Gorsuch. It was developed in consultation with conservative legal scholars."

Donald Trump Search for Kennedy Replacement

No wonder the DU and the rest of the Democrats in D.C. are having a meltdown.

"It will be somebody from that list," Trump said.

In my mind, Democrats are in this pickle because of two self inflicted turn of events, and I'm loving every minute of it.

1) Harry Reid going nuclear in the Senate in 2013

2) Democrats rig their process, give Hillary ALL the Superdelegates before the primaries and run Hillary, at all costs.

Without those two moves, we might not be where we're at today.

I'd like to see a moderate/swing vote fill that same slot. So long as they're constitutional, there is no worry to be had. Neither the left or right is correct all of the time.

Buckle up and watch the show.
The dims are going full Robert Bork and Clarence Thomas on this nomination hoping to delay until after the November elections when they think the blue wave will break.
Women will be brought out claiming harassment, or rape, represented by Gloria Aldredge or her daughter, (like they always do) unless the woman on the list is nominated, then it's a new ball game what they will do to disparage and demean her.
