As I've said before, authorities make the execution process way too complicated. Strap them to a table, insert a large gauge needle and open line into the major arteries of the inner thighs and upper arms and drain their blood into a bucket or floor drain. Easy and fool proof, 100% success rate. Knock them out with morphine first if you must.
