NiceExcept for the 2 pistols, these are title 2 weapons. No FFL/SOT required. These are all Form 4 transferables owned by me personally or my trust. The pic is also several years old as I've added a few more since then.
Can't you also build your own suppressor?
If so... how does one get a tax stamp to do that?
Efile a form 1 send prints and wait. If you fill out the forms properly by following the instruction at form 1 basics on fb. The average wait is 30-45 days instead of 9-14 months on a form 4
Seems kinda like the chicken/egg scenario...
Good to know, thanks.Efile a form 1 send prints and wait. If you fill out the forms properly by following the instruction at form 1 basics on fb. The average wait is 30-45 days instead of 9-14 months on a form 4
Yes, but with a Form 1, you are building it. So you tell them your serial number on the form. It's no different than choosing your kid's name before it's born.EDIT: So you don't need a serial number for the suppressor first?
Ah, ok... for some reason I thought a pic of the item w/serial# was required (hence the chicken/egg comment).Yes, but with a Form 1, you are building it. So you tell them your serial number on the form. It's no different than choosing your kid's name before it's born.
Apply and pay. Get approved. Then build. Takes research before applying of the "how to apply videos" before applying. They keep saying you put fmi as model name, otherwise the application ends up in atf research hell and takes as long as a form 4 or longer.Ah, ok... for some reason I thought a pic of the item w/serial# was required (hence the chicken/egg comment).
Thanks.
