No, that was Chuck Barris. Jack Barry was most remembered for the game show Twenty-One, which was the center of the quiz show scandal of the 1950s. He was blacklisted for many years after that, only returning to favor in the 1970s with such shows as The Joker's Wild, Break the Bank, Tic-Tac-Dough, Bullseye, and others.

Danger Man (titled Secret Agent in the United States, and Destination Danger and John Drake in other non-UK markets) is a British television series which was broadcast between 1960 and 1962, and again between 1964 and 1968. The series featured Patrick McGoohan as secret agent John Drake. What I was looking for was Secret Agent.
Actually, the original Danger Man series (30 minute episodes with a different theme) were broadcast in America under the original title by CBS as a summer replacement in 1961. When the series was renewed after a two-year hiatus, the length was extended to 60 minutes (to compete with contemporary spy shows such as The Man From U.N.C.L.E. and The Avengers,) CBS decided to rename the show here in the U.S. as Secret Agent. They substituted Johnny Rivers' song Secret Agent Man as the theme, though the original theme High Wire could be heard at the beginning of the episode after the first commercial break.

Ole Chuck was also a hitman for the CIA (tongue planted firmly in cheek) He supposedly killed 33 people as a chaperone for The Dating Game couples. That's why their trips were to such well known honeymoon places as Cairo and Bangkok.

This one is a little bit harder.

Snatch the pebble from my hand. When you can take the pebble from my hand it will be time for you to leave.
