IIRC, Ken’s and Mazzio’s were owned by a husband and wife, and when they got divorced, he got one and she got the other, though I don’t recall who got what.

Buddy of mine his mom married Ken Selby and he my buddy worked for Mazzios don't know the divorce story but i know his mom and ken;'s house was unbelievable!
