Doesn’t this just kinda mean lay low with ‘em? Don’t carry them around in your vehicles anymore. Don’t use one for home defense, where it could possibly be subject matter in an investigation. Etc.

Door to door pistol brace collection? I highly doubt it

Lots of boating mishaps incoming…

Well we knew this might be happening and now they've commies at the ATF have done it. You'll have to follow some rather strict guidelines. Either register or remove the brace. I guess the ATF isn't going to reimburse those who bought one eh?

Second Amendment advocates were apoplectic over new requirements for gun owners to register existing pistols equipped with stabilizing braces with the government within 120 days, else they must remove the brace or surrender the firearm to ATF.

I've really been wanting a CMMG Banshee MK10. I'd probably have SBR'd it anyway. But now, I have no iea which way prices are going to go. Buy now and get the free tax stamp or later when prices may be lower?

I don't know what the ATF was thinking. Especially after the recent ruling that slapped the EPA for trying to establish law. Between that, Bruen and the bump stock ban being struck down these idiots are just begging to get drug into court.
Why would they care? They get to enforce the rule for however long until it gets shut down in court years later, and defend it in court on your tax dime.

IF it was me. I would buy now and get the stamp. We all know the harder it is to get something the price goes up. At this point people can sale what they got and let the other get the stamp. Im sure others will resist and do what they do. the people that did not get the stamp will want a fortune for their parts weapon. no matter the way you go firearms will become more expensive over time. even the 200 mosin rifles have gone up in price.
