I have a shockwave with an SB Tactical brace I have been meaning to sell for forever it seems. Obviously I can just take it off, but does selling it with the brace installed make me a felon (LOL) even before the 120 day amnesty?

I wonder what this will do to those with an SBR tax stamp already in place?

From what I just read from another site, and where the above link came from, they are claiming the fee will be waived, but that wait time will certainly grow out of control with only a handful of folks trying to stay legal and ahead of this decision.

When does the decision get registered? I haven’t seen any official date yet.

I think I read elsewhere that it will be registered next week.
