It depends on whether or not you use the common English definition of the word.

Definition of BRANDISH
1: to shake or wave (as a weapon) menacingly
2: to exhibit in an ostentatious or aggressive manner

I would not think that just carrying a weapon would be brandishing. Some folks like to make up their own language so it could be depending on who's version of the English language you are using at the moment.

Well today was the first day of open carry in the state of Oklahoma. How many did you see packin a gun on their hip? And it doesn't count if you went to lunch to show the world that you have a gun permit. Me........didn't see one gun.

I didn't see any went to QT twice and lunch with my wife and will be going to Walmart tonight to get some food so we will see if anyone there is.

GC and I've been out running around since about 10 this morning. Been to Mustang, South OKC, Quail Springs Mall and Academy, then out to dinner ... Didn't see a single, solitary gun (except the ones we had concealed on us).
