Just got back from local lumber yard. They had 5 boxes of Rem Golden Bullet 22 short $4.99 a box. I like them in my Winchester 61. About the same noise as my pellet rifle @1200fps.

I just wish I could find good quality plated 22 ammo period, we've been dry since December. I don't shoot Aguila ammo at all, they have good performance and are the most powerful but they load hot and I've read too many posts on various forums about someone's gun or barrel going ballistic after shooting a round that was way over spec to trust them in my guns.

The end cap (muzzle) unscrews and baffles come right out...couldn't be easier.
