There is no "extra form" if the guy buys 30 long guns. You just use one 4473 form and attach a sheet listing the additional guns that won't fit in the spaces on the 4473.

From speaking with various LE agencies and the ATF, the multiple handgun form is only "checked out" by the ATF enforcement guys here in Tulsa. They get the local area info, via computer, from the ATF Tracing Center in West Virginia and run it down. The local LE guys throw their copy in the trash, or so they tell me.

I suspected as much. ;-) I've been trying to figure out just which agency is supposed to get a copy of the 3310.4. OHP, OSBI, OK Co Sheriff, City police? I can't find anything at the ATF or any of the state agencies that addresses this beyond the info on the form itself which states "...State police or State LE Agency in the jurisdiction...".

You don't submit a multiple handgun report for 2 or more handguns in a 5 business day period?

Yes I do, I said that I have customers who do multiple buys, I didn't say I don't do the paperwork.
