I started loading 9mm today with VVn320 and I'll try it out tomorrow. I don't have any experience with this caliber. Just seeing what everyone else uses. I'm using Hornady 124gr fmj's. What's the favorite powder with everybody?
I have several different powders to choose from. Just looking for some recommendations.
I use 124 grain JHP's for my competition round, and I use 231/HP38.
Back in the day when I used to have time to reload, I'd use either 231 or Bullseye in my pistol calibers.
Like others have said. Its what you can get. I am using PB and Unique as that was what was available at the store. I used to use HS6.
For a combination of accuracy, economy and repeatably good results over a wide range of charge weights, I prefer TiteGroup in 9mm. The downsides are that it burns hot and is a little flashy. I tend to run 115gr Montana Gold JHP's for a good combination of price and accuracy.
Thanks for the replies. I have just about everything but Titegroup. I haven't had a chance to try the ones with n320. I'll give 231 and HS6 a try also.

FWIW, HS6 is good for max velocity loads. Lots of flash!
