I don't know much about either, Thanx for looking & any info would be greatly appreciated......

First off I have a FlintLock pistol that was bought in Turkey about 37 years ago & I was told it was old then?

I'm mostly wondering if it's a real gun & not just something sold to tourists.

Everything works on the gun, hammer locks back, trigger does release the hammer.

Although the trigger does feel pretty wiggly with plenty of side to side motion, it is tight when hammer is cocked.

As far as I can tell it has a 17mm bore, it weighs 1 pound & 12 ounces with a 10 inch barrel.

The bayonet is actually not German. It is a Swiss M1914 sawback (also referred to as a "pioneer" or "engineer" bayonet). Neuhausen is a Swiss city near the border of Germany. If I recall correctly the bayo does not fit the 1896 or 1896-11...only the carbine length rifles (K11 and K31). It looks similar to the M1906 sawback but the grips are slightly different and there is a bulge at the end of the blade that doesn't exist on the M1906.

I emailed an antique gun dealer in Dallas, TX about the flintlock.

Here's what he determined after seeing the first two pix I posted.....

Sir, these are flintlock copies manufactured by hand in Turkey for tourists.
They are also manufactured in other parts of the middle east, Italy, Greece,
and North Africa. They are made to look old, and are attractive to look at,
however are not worth more than $100 to $150, retail.

Thanks,
