My safe is my Granddads old homemade safe and I need to get it up stairs. Id say it wieghs 500lbs its 6 foot tall 2 foot wide 2 foot deep. Made of 3/16 or 1/4 steel. Any ideas? Besides just push or pull it up with buddies that is...
Contact one of your local gun shops that sell safes.............they probably have someone that they refer people to when they sell one. That's the case here in Tulsa, a friend of mine delivers safes, most customers are referred to him by the gun shops.

Mayfair lock and key. I hired them they did great job. Only thing they made me feel really stupid after it was 2 guys in there late 60's moving something with ease after I thought it would be way to much for my muscle head friends. ( safe weight was 1200+) they have the tools to move stuff like that.
What about the floor on the 2nd story with the safe and all of its contents.
