Are crows considered pests?

Apparently very intelligent but they harass and provoke my dogs and eat the goose/duck feed. I like seeing them but they can by quite obnoxious so just wondered about other pros/cons to crows.

My brother in law and I work for the same company driving all over OK. We may or may not have started a game where we count crows. It helps make the windshield time more fun. We got 150 one day going to Lawton and back. We may or may not be insane.crowd are a vital part of our sanity

Crows are protected by the Migratory Bird Treaty Act. The USDI-Fish and Wildlife Service (USFWS) and state wildlife agencies may issue permits to shoot crows. Check your local and state regulations before shooting crows.
Well I've only killed one once and it was on a legal hunt at Ft Cobb a long time ago. But I was curious in general if they were good or bad.
