Are there any hogs on McClellan-Kerr WMA (Choutea Portion)? Also season question?

Anyone ever see hogs on the McClellan-Kerr WMA (Choutea Portion)? Also, I am a little confused on the season regs. It states they can be taken during a valid hunting season with the weapon that is used during that season. Well does that mean you can only hunt hogs with a shotgun during dove season? I am trying to find a place to hog hunt with my kids that is a reasonable drive from Jenks.

Been starting to scout this area for deer, but I haven't seen any hogs.

Iv never seen any sigh there, We coyote hunted it a few times.

Coyote season is year round, you can use pretty much anything for coyote, therefor you can hunt hog year round with pretty much any weapon.
