Just sold a thousand dollars of surplus
So cheap I was amazed they got it all on the truck. Hope they make it home ok.

I enjoyed going to Charley's. He had lung cancer, but he was always puffing on a cigarette. I think he passed away in 2019. If you wanted something that he didn't have he would tell you he would have it in a couple of weeks, and would be there just like he said. He had really cool stuff and great stories.
I love surplus stores.

One of the best still around is Omaha's in Ft. Worth

The best one I've found is in Okarche, on the main highway just south of town.
It does have a lot of stuff but as it had changed hands, carries very little army surplus. The one in Tulsa mentioned had a better selection IMO, or the one in mwc off sunnylane. think they sell some guns again or maybe just magazines, ammo and AR parts. He had a buyer do something with a firearm he sold and all I's and T's were not dotted or crossed the way the batf wanted. Walmart is selling guns again after pulling them from most stores for years.
