17 yr old puke and a accomplice breaks into a woman's house while she is there. They then try to flee in a vehicle and appear to be about to run down a plain clothes detective.. that turns out to be a civilian riding along with a LEO. A neighbor of the burglary victim fearing for what he believes is a plain clothes LEO about to be run down... opens fire.. firing 7 shots... hitting both suspects. Now the poor little innocent lamb wants to sue the guy who shot him and his friend.
