Best semi auto compact .22 pistol?

I have a French made ppks in .22 because of its condition and value . I bought a Ruger LcP .22 to leave in my car or carry . The Ruger has been great with Federal auto match and Aguila. I did remove the heavy paint from the guide rod .

Walther TPH, I have always loved them. Great quality, and just beautiful. Joel's daughter was so generous, she gave me his TPH.

My favorite (in theory) compact 22 is my S&W 61-3. I say in theory cus I've never been able to run a full 5 round mag without failure. I sure wish it would run.

I have shot several of Joel's PPK's and they were amazingly accurate for as small as they were.

I think he was a darned good pistol shot in general. He used my 2" German Einhand Bergman .25 auto to hit some 1.5" gongs at our first eat and shoot at about 12 yards.

We have an OHP trooper that uses that gun in our steel challenge matches when he can attend. Love it!
