Big Cats

Went down the Joe Rogan Experience rabbit hole and googled stuff from Oklahoma wild life department and was wondering about big cats in Oklahoma.

I believe Oklahoma has mountain lions, but has anyone actually seen anything bigger than a bob cat? (Trail cam, cell phone pic, scat, paw print?)

That camo is amazing! I had to look at your picture for a few seconds (on cell phone screen) to see the SOB.

I’ve personally never seen evidence of any feline bigger than bobcats around oklahoma

Yeah, firemedic. I remember reading something that a lion that was found dead in OK that had a Collar or tag from Nebraska. Trying to find it again. But have you actually seen a mountain lion in the wild?

They're regulars in the Black Mesa area, every where else in the state they're transients imo.

Yes, the one in that story. It was a live female

I have video of it. And it’s insane how smooth it moves, Very hard to spot in video.
I’ll see if a can post it.

Also have pic of bob cat at maybe 10 feet I’ll post. It’s Possibly same cat I just posted from the year before.
