I'm not disagreeing with you, I'm saying why are we not putting more effort into more dangerous threats right here in our backyard first and foremost. Those threats that ARE killing mass amounts of US citizens. ISIS needs dealt with, yes.
I'll even go out on a limb and say we likely have lost more troops fighting those bassturds than losses here in the US from there terrorist plots.

We can agree on that. Part of the issue with severely violent criminal gangs is wrapped up in the immigration battle, which doesn't help matters. We also have places like Chicago, which refuse to adequately address gang violence because of the racial component, yet push back HARD against federal government intervention. In these cases, playing politics for the sake of scoring points is deadly.
