Literally brand new, not even one shot fired from it(pic of rifling crown). Got this of these at Academy last week for $330 after tax and have a medical emergency surgery that my wonderful health insurance refuses to cover so I am in a bind. I know its probably a pipe dream to ask so much for it but they are legit $300+tax/transfer fees new now from inflation. Can meet in norman. Comes with mag and installed rifle scope base plate. $300 takes it. Save tax from buying from a store. The light part on the stock that you see is just from an oily rag I wiped it down on the pictures for. Thank you.
