If the item is not as described i.e. they don't tell you it is a fakepoint then you are covered. If you buy a fakepoint at fakepoint price and they tell you it is a reproduction or something then its on you those kind of thing read the description carefully and you wont have a problem. Your credit card company should back you up on this sort of thing as well.
