I killed my first pheasant with an airplane. I was with my flight instructor working on takeoffs and landings. Shortly after I started my takeoff roll, a pheasant flew through the prop. I didn't see it, but the instructor saw it. After the lesson, I went out to the runway and found it. It was chopped into three pieces. The pheasant didn't hit the airplane, it only went through the prop. This was in 1961, I was 15, and the airplane was a Fornaire Aircoupe.

Yeah, I take pics all the time out the window, but focusing on a wing and landing gear?
I usually put a wing tip or something in the corner of the pic for a perspective view.
