Finger on trigger while holstering a Glock would be statistically likely.
He retrieved a pistol, loaded it and went to holster it I bet.
Literally thousands of cops and civilians have Glocked a floor before. One big reason I carry a 1911.

My cop brother in law had a ND into his thigh while attempting to holster his concealed carry XD9, and to this day, he claims he didn’t pull the trigger. I’ve told him a hundred time that the trigger didn’t pull itself.

Per the article, since mid 2022 there have been nine so-called accidental discharges within Department of corrections. I’ll just consider them ND. Sounds like they need better training in gun safety.

This is pretty dang common there was a grumpy old man who worked out of union city who had “accidentally” discharged his weapon 3 different times (patrol car, towers) and eventually worked his way down the ladder to a minimum until he retired & id bet good money he’s on this forum
