Destroyed a crown today

Broke mine about a month ago. They gave me a temp until my real cap comes in. It came off Saturday night and I broke the side of it off. Now I go in the morning to get the new cap.

you may need an extraction or a bridge if you broke too much of the tooth. crowns are 900-1000 bones!!

That is the crown, all they will have to do is make a new one.

I've done that a few times myself. I started getting all of mine replaced with EMax crowns when they started breaking a few years ago. So far they are holding up with no problems, but even if they didn't last longer they arent much more cost and they feel way better than my porcelain crowns did. Ouch! years ago i was eating elk and i had a filling come out on me. The tooth abcessed several times and then it finally just came out on its own.
