The first is a documentary of Filipino movie making, the second a Troma classic featuring (who would have guessed) neo-Nazi surf punks...along with outraged armed grannies...
If you want to hear from Roger Corman, Joe Dante, Sid Haig, Pam Grier (mmmm....Pam Grier.....) and the like regarding violent Filipino genre flicks, go with the first. If you'd prefer a dose of more home-brewed ultraviolence complete with not-so-subtle homoerotic undertones to your Nazi villains? Hit the Troma switch.
