This is the second incident like this in Tulsa that I can recall, the last one the Perp shot and killed the guy mowing his yard.

I carry while mowing, and my garage door is closed, and my house is locked while I mow as well.

I just put a sign in my yard that says "Danny Tanner lives here" and the bad guys quickly go elsewhere with their tail twixt their legs and their hands covering their hips.

An armored riding lawn mower is the obvious solution here. Could also be used for neighborhood watch patrol. I'm surprised no one has thought of this yet. Welders - get after it.
